MY STORY
For years, I dedicated myself to climbing every ladder in front of me. Leaving family and friends behind, I pursued my dreams of higher education, earning my doctorate at Duke University and working tirelessly as a nurse practitioner. I hit every milestone, exceeded every expectation, and should have felt like I was on top of the world.

But on my 33rd birthday, I had a moment of clarity: while I was succeeding outwardly, I was losing myself inwardly. My twelve-hour shifts left me drained, disconnected from loved ones, and questioning if I could sustain the life I had worked so hard to build. I realized that I was trading my energy and time for achievements that no longer felt fulfilling.

That journey taught me one critical truth: your body is your empire. And when you care for it, nurture it, and listen to it, you unlock the ability to thrive—not just survive—in every area of your life.

That’s when I made the decision to change everything. I walked away from the traditional model of success to build a life on my own terms—a life where freedom, alignment, and purpose could coexist. I founded Telehealth for HER, a modern women’s wellness practice.
​
Now, I work with women like you—ambitious, driven leaders who have succeeded at everything but find themselves feeling like they’re losing control. The shifts of perimenopause and menopause can leave you feeling disconnected from the person you’ve always been.
